Should you have open or closed enrollment for your membership?

There's much debate about whether to leave memberships always open or close them down. Most people gurus will tell you to keep enrollment closed so you can maximize revenue during big launches.

But what if you don't have a big team? A predictable system? Or enough members to keep you sustainable for months in between launches?

Launching can take up valuable time and energy that we could be using to deliver to our members and get in front of future ones. Which is why I'm a super fan of mastering the evergreen model so we don't lock ourselves into periods of eager buyers and no sales.

But it also doesn't mean you can't do both. Listen to learn more about the hybrid option.
