Scaling Deep with Lisa Princic

Sep 17, 2019

I've started to believe that growing a business has a lot to do with confidence. Having a real belief in ourselves and our value matters. Because people who have that are more likely to keep doing the things that bring in the results and the revenue.

What I've also come to see is marketing systems work. When you have all the other things in place, there's no reason why you can't share your message on any of the platforms available. You can build relationships and share your value and your message anywhere.

Marketing is more of a science than most of us realize. So this is where we could shift our focus away from thinking that marketing is about finding the right place and being somewhere at the right time.

It's more all about being really confident in your brand and your value.

So marketing usually isn't the problem and a lot of people identify with having marketing problems. I actually think the real problems come from lack of confidence in investing in marketing and not believing that if you show up, you will build an audience because it takes a lot of showing up.

When you have all the brand foundations of your core service, your bold messaging and you know who the clients are that you would absolutely love to work with, you'll have confidence in your brand

That's the time that you will be able to show up consistently and market all the time regularly without it being a hassle and then be able to do more of your best work in the world and that becomes your marketing system.

And THAT is the growth model.
