#145: 7 business truths for growth in 2022

I was so inspired when I created this video for my group, I'm sharing it about how important it is to shift our thinking to strive forward clearly.

1. Become an expert. Own what you know & can do.
2. Ignore the competition
3. Stand by and in your values and use that as a force to power your vision
4. You have to grow your own audience always
5. Nothing ever gets easier, it doesn’t matter how successful you’ve been, you’ll always feel like the next thing won’t work, or be easy, doubt is embedded into our DNA it’s our survival mechanism, the one we don’t need in this situations. 
6. Ditch the assumptions. I find myself in my assumptions all the time and they are actually more like excuses.
7. The online learning space and community space is growing and all you need to put in the time and be bold.
