I've been having a number of conversations with clients (and with myself) about what to sell. When scaling, it's important to figure out which format to package our services in so we don't lose out on revenue and don't minimize client results. 

We have to be careful transitioning from selling something that has been working well to a new, visionary program or format that's unproven, with respect to sales. 

Figuring out the how, to whom and when to sell is critical. So we don't throw out profits and don't stall in creating a group program with lots of momentum. We can do both! It needs to be thought through well and experimented with a few times. 

I've realized that walking people through a step-by-step program is more desired and beneficial to my clients which is what I'm doing in my next cohort of Build a Revolutionary Membership.
