In this episode I cover why memberships don't work. And they aren't the reason why you think they don't. 
It's not pricing, content or tech, which are all the things people worry about. It's mostly because memberships don't:

• Make it easy for members to take action and get results
• Have positioning that does a good job of attracting the right members (and don't know who those idea members are), and
• Haven't worked out their marketing and sales funnel
