I'm excited to be embarking on a new series of membership topics on
the podcast. My new members inside the Profitable Membership Club
are inspiring me to share all the insights we're discussing. But
first, I share my business journey and what lead me to become a
membership specialist. It wasn't accidental. I was an unlikely
candidate as a community builder. But, over time I not only found
that's not true, but memberships are also not all about prompts and
