A year-end is not a year-end until there's been a wrap-up and review. This year kicked my ass so it wasn't an easy one to reflect upon. I made a lot of changes and was uncomfortable with the disruption. Not to mention that the pandemic is just getting a little bit old ...
After a much needed break over the last 2 weeks, I was able to clearly see what stood out for me this year. There are 5 major things that supported me and helped me make a necessary but uncomfortable shift in my business. They all have to do with support and mindset.
